How do I write this short message in an email so it looks and sounds proffessional? - message looks to like spam

I will be at JFK Airport 26th June at 16.16 clock on arrival and my flight number AA 123

If you do not adjust upwards, so the sequence is correct and change, perhaps, as they were written?

I would change Hello dear, sincere and Regards.

Even the professionals, but less formal. Letters written label is not required, the e-mail.

Personally, I wanted to write:

I will be at JFK Airport 26th June at 16.16 clock on arrival and my flight number AA 123

They have too many or e-mail. This is not the "Airport" John F. Kennedy ... JFK Airport hotel is just ...
